Fees
There are fees charged for late pick up, early drop off, returned checks, unpaid tuition, after care invoices, book fees, graduation and caps and gowns.
Registration $65.00
Tuition’s paid late $1.00 a day after the first of each month
Early drop off or late pick up with no prior arrangements the fee is $1.00 per minute used.
playground.jpgReturned checks $20.00 the first time, $25.00 the second time, $30.00 the third time and no checks will be accepted from that party after a third time. Cash payments only will be expected for payments.  
Graduation fee $40.00   Cap and Gown $22.00 (may vary)
Book Fee for kindergarten students $225.00

SCHOOL PROGRAMS ARE FOR ONE YEAR
Tuitions are based on the programs.
IF ANY PAYMENT IS NOT MADE IN FULL BY AUGUST 30 OF THAT SCHOOL YEAR IT WILL BE ASSUMED THAT THE FAMILY IS USING THE MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN.
All other tuitions will be expected on the first of each month, made in 10 equal monthly payments. THE PAYMENT PLAN CONSISTS OF 10 PAYMENTS MADE ON THE FIRST OF EACH MONTH, SEPTEMBER, OCTOBER, NOVEMBER, DECEMBER, JANUARY, FEBRUARY, MARCH, APRIL, MAY AND JUNE. These payments are to be made on time, by mail or prior to the date, if not you will be charged the late fee of $1.00 per day until payment is received.
The fees are exactly the same each and every month September through June no matter the number of days in attendance. This is a tuition payment not based on days of attendance by the school year.

School tuition 2010-2011

Nursery School
2 days ½ day = $3200.00  monthly payment $320.00
2 days full day =$4450.00 monthly payment $445.00
3 days ½ day = $3600.00 monthly payment $360.00
3 days full day = $5150.00 monthly payment $515.00
5 day ½ day = $4200.00  monthly payment $420.00
5 days full day= $5950.00 monthly payment $595.00

Kindergarten Program
Full day only  $6200.00  monthly payment $620.00
One time book fee $245.00

Pre-Kindergarten Program for those students who have been determined by the Director to be a part of the Kindergarten Class and whose birthdays are later in the year, but cannot yet attend Kindergarten.
Five Full Days only
*******ALL tuitions are for one full year.  Monthly payments are for convenience not based or calculated for days attended
 
clematis.jpgChildcare fees are charged weekly and invoiced on Fridays with payment expected at that time, fees are:
Less than one hour $7.00
More than one hour up to five hours $6.00 per hour
More than five hours and up to twenty hours $ 5.75 per hour
More than twenty hours $ 5.50 per hour
All rates are per hour, per week, and are invoiced weekly. Families with multiple children may add children together to add hours. Families with more than twenty hours a week may receive a reduced rate, but will need to contract that with the director.
Center opens at 7:00 A.M.
Center Closes at 5:00 P.M.
CLASS TIMES ARE
Nursery class  morning 8:45-11:15
Nursery class afternoon 12:00-2:45
Nursery full day 8:45-2:45
Kindergarten 8:45-2:45
A non-refundable Registration Fee of $65.00 is necessary for placement in the program
**PLEASE NOTE  Child care must be made by prior arrangements, if not any hours used will be considered early drop off or early pick up and be charged $1.00 per minute.
MAKE NO ASSUMPTIONS THAT WE ARE AWARE YOUR CHILD WILL BE HERE EARLY OR LATE, ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO AVOID CONFUSION
